Chris Hughton was appointed as the new head coach of the Black Stars, and one of his assistants Didi Dramani has spoken highly of him.
According to Dramani, Hughton is a complete person with a wealth of experience and maturity.
He stated that Hughton’s knowledge and experience in the game make him more matured and that he is a human-centred person who connects people around.
Dramani also mentioned the importance of having someone who can connect and work with people at the national team level, and he believes Hughton is the right man for the job.
“He is a complete person. A complete person with good experience and huge maturity. When I talk about huge experience and maturity, it means his experience and knowledge in the game are boxed together to make him more matured,” he told Joy Sports.
“He is a human-centred person. He connects people a lot and the person who connects people a lot tells you that he is someone who really stands out for development.
“At that [Black Stars] level, you need people who will connect and work so that you bring your experience to bear so completely he is a human-centred person who connects people around.”
Hughton, who has previously managed Premier League clubs including Norwich City and Brighton & Hove Albion, will be taking over from Otto Addo.
