Strømsgodset Coach Jørgen Isnes voiced his admiration for Emmanuel Danso’s skill on the field, yet expressed a sense of concern over the player’s physical abilities.
Emmanuel Danso has now earned the trust of the first team, according to Jorgen Isnes, who points to improved consistency in the training work and strong results for Team SIF in the PostNord league.
“Danso is a football-smart player with good skills who dares to play up in tight spaces, and is good at varying the game by playing both inside and outside the pitch,” he said.
Jorgen Isnes adds that Danso is still not a “90-minute player” and that Danso’s substitution in games was mostly due to physical reasons rather than any other factor.
“He is vulnerable to injuries, and that is why we have to replace him. Now we will get him to the point that he is not, but it can sometimes take a little longer,”
